Has anyone had to return anything to them before? I returned something to them using the label they provided me and it hasn't posted to my credit card yet. Their web site says to wait 1 or 2 billing cycles, but I think that's meant for people that don't check their credit card accounts online. It's been about three weeks and nothing's been credited back to my account. Has anyone had a return experience with UO they can share?

UO is great with returns. I have never had an issue. It does take a while for them to process, especially if you aren't placing another order.


If you don't see the credit after another month, I would try to call. But until then, I would expect that they are still processing and on schedule.


I know you probably want your money.. but they wont try to screw you, I promise!


(I say this because I try not to complain to them.. and sometimes it really does take a month and a half to get your credit.. but it has always come. for me anyway.)

I think UO is nuts.  I buy from their website pretty often (I actually just bought something today), but I always return in the store.  I think you should call CS and ask about your credit - it shouldn't take this long.  Did you check your account via their website?  It is actually pretty up to date with things.

I'm not afraid their trying to screw me I'm just afraid that the package got lost in the mail; that's why I asked if anyone else had an experience where it took awhile to get refunded.  I have checked my online account and nothing's doing just yet, but I'll give it another couple of weeks or so!
