$11 dollar gc if you used your credit card in a CA store and they requested your phone number, which they allegedly used to look up addresses.


is that how I ended up with their catalogue?...


also, can someone tell me which season this bag is from?

Why couldn't they made that at least $25?  $11 is hardly worth the time to fill out the claim form, to put out your name and address again!

Is there a law against this in CA?  They do this in a lot of stores here in NJ.
