that's tuleh from a few years ago--they did it with dresses also.  i meant to copy it, too, and never got around to it.  those secretary-type blouses are a lot easier to find now, though.

I don't have anything to say about the outfit - but I love Trinny and Susannah (brit what not to wear).  They are so obsessed with grabbing people's boobs, its hilarious.
