Large curd cottage cheese (I like it much better than small curd)
Dannon Fruit on the Bottom Yogurt
Apples
Strawberries (I eat a crazy amount of strawberries)
Babybel individual gouda cheeses
Fat free fudge pops
Whole wheat Melba toast with hummus, PB and sugar free jelly, or Bumble and Bumble spread
A plain rice cake spread with a little PB and sugar free jelly
A pot of herbal tea. I have a 4 cup coffee maker and only use it to make tea. Where you're supposed to put the filter and grounds, I just put 2 bags and it makes a perfect pot of tea.
