Anna Corinna/Sienna bag review ~warning, big pics.

I got my Anna Corinna drawstring bag from shopbop today. It's the only one left on the site now, (used to be black and a tan version as well now just tobacco) it's 276$ I also think it's the same bag that's on Anthro marketed as the "sienna" bag, for 288$ This is the anthro pic:


Colour: The colour in person is a beautiful reddish brown. I've included a pic below without flash to represent the colour of the bag.
Leather: The leather is pretty distressed, very VERY supple, and it has a sort of sheen to it. The leather on the bag, and the ties is thick, but the leather on the handle is pretty thin.
Stitching: The top stitching is really straight and even, there are really small thread ends sticking out in spots, but it adds to the vintage look of the bag I think. The stitching in the lining is very nice.
Logo: The logo is on the leather inside the bag, it's embossed in the letter with a distressed gold finish.
Size: I really like the size, I was worried about the handle being too long, it's supposed to be 27" but I'm not so sure. If the anthro bag is the same bag the handle is no where near as long as they make it out to be.

i really like that bag!  it's gorgeous!  even your kitty had to admire it, i see!


if my jocasi lombok wasn't on they way, i think i'd be ordering this bag.

Kisa-thanks so much for posting a review of that bag-I have had my eye on it-(didn't see it in Anthro store) Your pictures and descriptions are so much better than the website.  It is also good to see how big it looks when you are carrying it.

I LOVE this bag- I got the tan colored one as a surprise Xmas gift- I think the quality is great too.


The dark brown one is also very chic- love it!
