Went into BR with a friend trying not to be influenced by all the sale stuff, but they only had 2 of these dresses left and I've been wanting it ever since I saw it, so I bought it for only $60.

I have that dress, I love it, I wear it with my Miss Sixty boots.

I totally raided my local Anthro: Something like these, except they are a deep plum-colored velvet and were on sale for $50: Love this, it reminds me of Candy Land! This is so cool IRL - really vintage looking and very soft:
Christine - great anthro scores - I'm so jealous! You better post those in threadstyle!

Thanks! I've been in love with it forever. It's listed on ebay, but it seems to go for about the same price or more, so I just decided to go ahead and snatch it up while the store had it!

Christine, love all of your Anthro buys! How does the s/s stripe shirt sizing run?
Thanks FP and Kim! FP, the sizing seems spot-on. For reference, I'm usually a small in tops at stores like BR and JCrew -- I tried on a 2, 4, and 6 of the Anthro shirt and chose the 2. The 4 fit well too but I chose the 2 because it had less fabric bunching up around my torso and back when I tied the bow. If I don't put it in the dryer, it should continue to fit well. HTH!
Well, so much for my shopping ban, esp. when I had some FREE MONEY (gift card from my Dad to Burlington Coat Factory) to spend, and of course, spent a LITTLE of my own money. LOL
From Burlington:
L/S black tie-front shrug
Black knee-length skirt
Animal print knee-length skirt
Brown dress
2 wall pics and a fake plant for the house
From Ulta (they had a HUGE sale going on, so WOW!):
Some bubble bath
1 lipstick
1 lipgloss
2 lipgloss kits (one had 8 lipglosses, 3 eyeshadows, 1 pencil, 1 mascara, and a double ended applicator) for $3.99, the other one just had 5 lipglosses
From Wal-Mart:
1 lipstick
Some new undies
And I also brought some toiletries from Big Lots, and Jamie Foxx's new CD.
