I fell in love with this skirt from bebe:

What can I put with is now to make it cute and look appropriate for this season?  Side note: I live in NC were has been 45-55 degrees everyday.

That is adorable!
I would go with something form fitting on top since the skirt is so flowy.

white longsleeve tee
a wedge shoe in a fun color
a chunky simple long necklace paired with a couple simple gold necklaces
