so i bought ddf 10% toner recently, and as i was washing my face, maybe the second time that i opened the bottle, the bottle slid into my sink (it's a shallow sink) and cracked.  my kinda expensive formula was rushing down the drain!  so i salvaged about 8 oz of it (so a good amount), but i called and explained that the bottle cracked (it was plastic, it shouldn't crack that easily), and asked if they could do anything...well, she said to bring in the bottle and they would replace it(i still had the receipt, and it was less than a week old)... 

i was soooo happy!  it wasn't 100% their fault or mine, but it was nice that it was resolved.  i spend so much money there (i had to spend a gc plus some when i went in to exchange the bottle ), but it makes me happy to know that despite often being out of stock of items, and draining me of so much money , they will help you out if you have an issue without any questions...
