oh! I meant to post but forgot- I found skinny jeans at Marshall's for $26. Dark wash paper denims...they're in the juniors section.

Gap has a large selection of skinny-ish jeans right now for around $30.  I tried on a pair yesterday (that aren't on the web ) called Curvy Super Low Rise Stretch.  Def worth checking out IMO.
