No problem!  It's really easy.  It's like a campfire bake thing we did in the Girl Scouts,

I usually get two halibut steaks from the seafood counter.  I usually get about 5 oz for me and 8 oz for my husband.  Any firm white fish will do.

You also need canned pinto beans with jalapenos.  They usually have these in the beans aisle, but you can use any type of beans you like.  I have tried it with chickpeas, and it was tasty.  And you can also use fresh or pickled jalapenos, based on your preference (about half a jalapeno per fish). A 15 oz can should be good for two pieces of fish.

One can of diced tomatoes flavored with garlic and basil, about 7 oz for each piece of fish.

Get an 8x11 baking dish and two large sheets of aluminum foil, enough to hold the fish and beans.  Spray the aluminum foil with Pam.

Create a "bowl" with your aluminum foil, and leave enough so that you can fold the top over to completely enclose the package. Put them in the baking dish side by side.

put in the fish, pour the beans and the tomatoes over the fish, sprinkle with seasonings of your choice and about 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil and squeeze lemon juice on it.

Seal up the foil packages and cook in 400 degree oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the fish is done.  You can eat them out of the foil or put them on dishes.  Very easy clean up!

With the asparagus, I just grilled it on my electric grill, and then I just tossed it in a lemon juice and garlic mixture.
