I just want to give C&C some credit for excellent customer service. I got a cashmere sweater for Christmas and the first time I wore it, my cat's claw got caught on it and it ripped. I e-mailed customer service on candccalifornia.com even though it wasn't bought directly from them, asking for some extra thread so I could get it prepared. I told them that I didn't buy it from the C&C website, and not complaining about the quality.
Well, I got a call from them last night asking me for my size so they can send me a new sweater-- even though I didn't ask for one!
Wow!! That is amazing customer service! Thanks for that great story, its nice to know there are companies like this, and will remember that when ordering from them.
