Cute Classic Look or Plain Boring??

I have a casual dinner meeting next week and I had planned to wear this.  Do you think it's boring??  Lately I've been drawn to this classic look rather then "trendy" type outfits.

i actually think that's a lovely outfit (is it for work? you said causual dinner meeting). the colors are quite nice on them and while the shirt and pants aren't in your face stylish the necklace and purse are great add ons. perhaps some funky shoes in purple suede or something? or maybe stick with the purple shirt and tan pants but rock a red necklace and red shoes? i think the purse would still work with red. or maybe instead of red use a teal necklace?

No definitely wear that!  I love that outfit... And definitely dont think its boring... I think that your shoes and accessories give the outfitl personality and style!!

I don't think it's boring at all. I think the clothing items are basic (which is never bad; basics are versatile!) but the shoes, necklace, and bag all up the style factor. Nicely done!

It's not boring at all! It's classic and stylish, and the shirt and the bag add some color to it. I would like it even more with charcoal pants.
