I went snowboarding this weekend for the first time and it was awesome! I took some lessons and I am actually pretty good (if I do say so myself!) lol...actually I'm surprised at how good I am b/c I am not sporty at all. I thought I would spend the whole weekend on my bum. But I had a really amazing time and can't wait to go again.
So anyway...anybody else snowboard? Can you give me any tips? I am pretty sore today, is there any stretches or things that you do to warm up or exercises for conditioning yourself?
