Is there a difference?  Im going to order on Overstock, because that seems to be the cheapest, but cant decide which is better?


The only difference to me seems that the turbo has heat settings and the original doesnt?  Also they are both about the same price but the turbo is 7/10 inches and the original is 1 inch


Could anyone offer me some advice.

I was wondering the same thing a bit ago and I read some reviews on makeupalley- according to most of the girls there, the original seems to be the better way to go.  The turbo has variable heat settings (I don't think the original does), but apparently, the turbo seems to break a lot and the original doesn't. I think this is particularly important because I heard with the T3s, if bought on overstock, the warranty isn't valid.  I don't know if the chi comes with a warranty or if buying it on overstock makes a difference though.  Anyway, I don't actually have one, but it seems like the original is the way to go from most of the reviews!  HTH!

I have had my turbo for over a year now and highly recommend it.  I purchased the original recently b/c it was released in pink and I thought it was so cute.  Well gave it a shot for a couple of days and ended up returning it.  I found that it did not get as hot and the quality of it was less than my turbo.  HTH!

i prefer the turbo...


also, how long/thick/difficult to straighten is your hair? i know that personally, i could not use the 7/10 inch.. it is too small. i use either the 1 inch or the 2 inch turbo..

I don't really have any experience with either, but I bought my sister the Turbo for Xmas and she LOVED it. She said it's the best she's ever used. She likes the turbo because it's small and can go right up to the roots.
