i've only ordered once from eluxury but i found their customer service to be awesome and their shipping excellent. 


here's my happy story about eluxury - earlier this summer, the marc jacobs store in los angeles was having a 50% off sale on some of their bags.  they had one that i loved (a huge tote with a single big buckle thing in front, originally $900, on sale for $450!!) but they only had it in brown and pink and had sold out of the cream/off white color (the color i really wanted).  i called every marc jacobs store in the us and they were all sold out of that color.  i did a search online and saw that eluxury had that bag in that color.  i called them and asked if they price matched - they said they did - so i told them about the sale on the bag at the mj store.  the woman put me on hold, came back a few minutes later and told me that they'd match the price at the mj store!!  they were so nice and i got the bag a few days later! 


i love happy endings...

I second, the excellent customer service. I ordered a pair of jeans and they sent me the wrong size and wash, I immediately called about the mix up and they found the right size and color and held it for me while they overnighted a return label. I sent the jeans back and received my new ones a few days later.  They were extremely friendly on the phone and with emails.  I highly recommend them!!

WOO HOO  !!  i got the speedy 30!!  it was delivered on NYE !  i it.  i'm dying for the handles and such to change to that darker more worn color.
