B: 1/2 cup of raisin bran (crazy rush to get out of house)


Snack: Tea and pumpkin bread 


Lunch: Tomato Soup


Dinner: Mexican = yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmy


(I'm trying to conserve calories for dinner. The pumpkin bread was a bad idea.)

B:  Kashi Go Lean Crunch, coffee, yogurt


S:  Banana, tea, 1 pizelle cookie


L:  Black beans in a tortilla w/ some FF sour cream, cucumber


S:  Apple, raisins, carrots w/ hummus


D:  Turkey and stuffing leftovers, steamed green beans


E:  Another long-ish walk today - my third this week !

I know I am random at this, but here goes--


b: half a mini loaf of banana bread


l: grilled chicken tenders and fries (it came with them and i couldn't resist)


d: tomato soup and low carb tortilla with cheese in it (my version of the grilled cheese)


e: 30 min of elliptical and then weights (legs and abs)


but as i type this i am eating Christmas candy.  I need to start doing this more so I will do better!!!!

This holiday season has been really bad... My co-workers seem to bring in the cookies just as I'm famished for lunch. ... so I inevitably feel myself drawn to have just a half... oh fine a whole cookie, which ends up being 2 or 3 at the end of the day.  Luckily I have the rest of this week off so I can avoid those temptations.


today was bad, but here's my fess up.


B: Coffee and scone (evil but sooo delicious)


S: Cookie


L: Chicken karahi, naan and rice


S: Cookie #2 


D: Ham sandwich, some ramen soup (this just gets better and better)


S: 2 glasses of wine


E: Night off
