Okay, IRL pic of my NYE outfit...Opinions?

1st photo is outfit, 2nd photo is a sort-of closeup of the boots. The reason for that pic is that I'm a little "eh" about how wrinkly the boots are around the ankles and I want to make sure that they don't look totally horrible like that. Unfortunately I have teensy ankles and I always have this problem with boots. I also don't have time or places to find another pair before NYE, so they'll have to do...I will be buying some THICK socks (in the ankle) to wear, to help fill them out a bit, so hopefully they won't be this slouchy when I wear them...

I think the boots look fine, as does your outfit.  It will probably be dark if you are going to a bar anyways, so don't worry about it.

i love that outfit. simple, yet flashy enough for nye. the boots look fine around the ankle. especially because they are flats, if they were heels then maybe i would say thick thick socks. for some reason, i found that boots that have heels MUST be sleek against the leg, while flats look fine otherwise, in fact, i don't really like sleek flats. so, yeah...great outfit. that top is wonderful. do you have a sparkly red/pink scarf you can throw around your neck, a skinny one?

You know ... you look great. It is you, in a glitzed up way. I love the denim mini with it because you are dressy, yet still maintain your casual signature style. Its perfect.
