Cold weather ST's -- boot recs

Since we are moving to Chicago with all the snow, I need some boots- NO snow in NC.


Functional but stylish and comfy.


What do you cold weather ST's recommend?

i wear these in black when it's rainy or snowy.  they have a fleece lining and they were less than $70.  plus, they have a bit of a heel. 


 


 


 


 


 


 


 


 


these are by far my favorite shoe purchase in the last two years....


Click to Zoom they are so easy to put on and they have a ton of warmth and a bit of height. 


i ordered some MJs recently, but they are going back. 


my other staples are kitten heel Nine west boots.  they are not expensive (i got mine for $40) and kitten heel is super comfy for me to walk in, plus, i can replace them every year without feeling too guilty.  they aren't super warm, but they are more dressy than the others. 


when are you moving??  that's so exciting!

I have these, and I love them- I wear them with everything: jeans, skirts, etc...
