That chocolate brown one is to die for.  OMG.

Just in case they're a very wealthy lurker out there who feels like practicing a random act of kindness, you can buy this for me for Christmas.  I won't complain.

yes - and it is heavy as hell - whenever someone picks it up to move it or grab it for me, they are always commenting "omg that is a really heavy purse" I just agree, and when there is a comment like "how can you carry that?" I always say it's not a problem and change the subject.  the padlock - I've never tried carrying it without it - really because that was the main feature that drew me to it - I love interesting/off-beat hardware.  I really is a great everyday bag - the leather is thick and can take it, plus there's a pocket for a cell phone, and I have even carried lunch to work in it along with everything else.  it took a little getting used to with the size/weight - but I'm totally used to it now and love the bag (I must admit, I had second thoughts when the bag first arrived - I was unable to "test drive" it because you can't find them anywhere - so I took my chances - glad I did )

that is a smaller size than the one I got - had I known they were coming out with a smaller version, I might have gone for that one instead - I wasn't really used to carrying a big bag at the time.  I know www.aloharag.com had the smaller ones last time I looked (that's where I got my medium from) I just looked and all they have is the silver lizard medium.

I so love that bag.  I've been wanting it for ages.  So wish I could justify it right now... sigh
