I gave in two weeks notice at my job on Decemeber 12. I couldn't handle the job anymore...being a talent agent is not for me. The pay was really terrible considering it wasn't my first career choice. My last day is tomorrow.


I am planning on going into Accounting, specifically Production Accounting. I have an interview lined up on Tuesday as well as a few other leads. One of those leads is courtesy of the new head of the department, who is terribly sad that I'm leaving (it's cute...I've been there two weeks and he's all mopey already...or maybe it's fake?). 


Right now, I remain optimistic.

omg girl, congrats & good luck!  you are so brave to change fields like that... i didn't realize you were interested in that line of work.  if you find anything for someone w/ no experience, no (acct) degree, and pays really well, let me know!!
