VS Sizing, lynnie

Im trying to order a cardigan that is made of silk/cashmere/lycra... I want it to fit fitted but not too tight that the buttons will pop... Not sure whether to get a small or medium?  According to their size chart... i think I should be a small... although their size chart lists bust waist and hips, and i think im a small in the bust size but borderline small/medium on waist.. but then again not sure if i was even measuring properly.  Anyone know if they run tts or small?

i have one of their boyfriend sweaters (the cardigan with one low button), and it's a medium.  it's pretty fitted but not tight.  i'm a 34d, size 6.

i think they run tts to slightly big- so don't size up. i haven't gotten any from this years batch- but i've had to order XS's before (i'm a size 4, usually a S). they come in XXS, so i usually use that as an indicator that they run kinda big. i ordered a S though instead of an XS because i wanted it to fit slouchy- we'll see if i'm swimming in it or not
