Okay, Im having alot of trouble figuring out what to get my mom for xmas, I already got a carryon rolling suitcase I found for a really really good deal, so it ended up only 20 bucks, So Id like to get like one more thing, Something she can really use/needs, But she is the mom that has everything, so I have no clue what to get. She doesn't cook or anything so I dont really want to get anything like that. She mentioned she wanted a new portable cd player, so maybe that and a cd, She used to love madonna in the 80s so maybe i could get her new cd? But I dont know, looking for some better ideas.

Is she cool with gift cards? My mother is very "crafty" and spends a lot at Jo-Ann stores for fabrics, embellishments, etc. She is always happy to have some extra spending opportunities there.

A few months back, I needed help for a gift for my mom, the woman who has everything, and I asked fellow ST'ers for ideas and I got a great suggestion to get her an affirmation necklace:
I really didn't think it was her style, but I got it anyway and she absolutely loves it! She thinks it is unique and often gets compliments on it. I got her one that says: Mother Patience Love
i got my mom the first season of lost on dvd. if she has a show she'd like to catch up on that's a pretty good gift. the cd thing sounds really good too, especially if you already know she wants something like that.
You could also do a theme thing with the suitcase and get her a new makeup bag and fill it with small sizes of philosophy stuff or her favorite makeup. Lots of makeup counters have "small" holiday sets now. I like all the other ideas, too!
