I like #1 the best because they are so tailored and you'll get a lot of wear out of them.

LOVE the cream, red would be my second choice, then turquoise. I like the grey pants, but NYE is a chance to wear something fun and different. The grey is a little conservative.

I had also thought about the option of getting this top since it was onsale at my local store and wearing it with black pants and a black necklace. Which do you like best?

i would go with red top (the new one you just put up) with black pants, the black top with red pants and then the black top with cream pants. they are my 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choices. while the black top is gorgeous, the red top is even more gorgeous (and will look fabu on you!!) and you will shine on nye! the belle of the ball! i love the IDEA of cream pants but would be so freaking worried about getting them dirty that i couldn't relax the whole night. and nye seems to be especially a time that i would worry about that...too much alcohol and colored cocktails, red wine, champagne and cream pants make for a bad scene. if you aren't the type to sweat cream pants (id so be the girl who sat in the nice plate of shrimp with cocktail sauce...gotta love that red stain on your ass!) then i would say cream pants and red shirt, maybe? try it on and see what it looks like. but red shirt all the way, baby!

I like the red top, but I'd wear it with dark wash jeans because sometimes I think red and black are a little harsh together (depends on the items). Would jeans be appropriate for your event?
