I'm leaving to go to my parents' house on Wednesday & my hubby is coming down friday - in the interest of not hauling gifts around we did presents yesterday.

I got - his Grandmother's wedding ring - when we got married we used a sapphire ring that he had bought me & that ended up being my ring for the past year & a half. So now that his mom knows me & loves me she gave this to him to give to me. BTW, it was never even a consideration that his first wife would get it, so it means a LOT to me. It's like being engaged all over again! Now I have to find appropriate bands, so ya'll get to help me after the holidays!


And these are my new gerbils - gizmo (tan) & nibbler (black). I have no idea where this came from, but they are fun!

And I got a gameboy micro & Tetris (tri-sarah-tops!) - it's my favorite game ever. And I lost his old gameboy, so I think this is a token gift for both of us, but that's ok!


I am so spoiled rotten! I haven't even gotten Santa presents yet!

You DID get a new game boy with Tetris. Awesome!!
Funny cause I got some of my presents early, too. I got a game boy DS with the new Animal Crossing game because for the past month i've been whining about wanting to play it. Then I also got the Tetris Worlds game because my original Game Boy copy of Tetris won't work in the DS :)

Yay, Tetris!!

Also, that ring is so pretty and it's so sweet that his mother wanted you to have it. The gerbils are adorable and you got a great stocking!

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!  I bet getting a new ring absolutely was like getting engaged all over again, and even more special since it came from his fam, too !
