I too need to stay on track to shave off the couple of 'holiday pounds' I've gained, but I'm having a terrible time regulating my blood sugar this week which prevents me from doing even mildly restrictive dieting and requires almost constant snacking.  Bleh.

B:  Coffee, shredded wheat, banana

S:  Yogurt

L:  Lean pocket, carrots w/hummus

S:  Tea, a couple of oatmeal raisin cookies (made w/ wheat flour)

S:  Cheese stick, apple, almonds

D:  Probably a burger - having a 'thank you' party for one of FH's coworkers at a bar.  WILL NOT have any beer!  WILL NOT!

E:  Ha!  Did some side bends while I waited for my moisturizer to sink in today, if that counts .

Argth. Still on yeast-free cleansing diet (again, sorry if tmi). Blah. The only good thing being that I have lost 2 more lbs without any effort .. but it's not exactly worth it.

b - no coffee (part of cleansing - coffee too alkaline), lots of ice water, 4 oz unsweetened 100% cranberry juice, 1 kashi golean whole grain waffle (the most carby thing I have eaten all day.)

s - plain unsweetened nonfat yogurt. Getting very, very sick of it. Upset my stomach in a hideous way.

l - team lunch today @ lebanese place. Had yummy house salad and a side of falafel.

s - blue corn chips, just a handful.

d - prob veg soup *or* meat-free chicken nuggets, and then baby greens w/balsamic vin.

Might sneak 1 glass red wine in there. I know, sugar=bad=yeast but I have gone several days without booze now. Enough is enough.

dessert... yeah, more plain unsweetened nonfat yogurt. And 4 more oz cranberry juice.

exercise - very light. 20 crunches, 20 curls, and 20 lat raises (with my little hand weights). I did go running 3 mi yesterday, and 60 crunches yesterday too. Let's pretend I did it all today!

B:  cup o' coffee, Kashi Go Lean waffle

S:  two chocolates - damn these holidays!

L:  Kashi Go Lean Crunch w/ 2% milk

S:  Low fat Lemon yogurt

D:  Homemade burrito w/ fat free refried beans, black beans, corn, sprinkle of cheese, low fat sour cream, and two packets of Taco Bell salsa.  I love Taco Bell salsa, I go there once every couple of weeks just to stock up.  I'll probably have a Christmas cookie and a glass of wine later.

E:  30 min run and abs
