But does a polyester/rayon/spandex blend really have to be dry cleaned?  I love the price but don't want to have to pay to have a pair of shorts dry cleaned .

I always ignore it F21 cleaning instructions because they're so ridiculous for what they are (Who in their right mind is going to dry clean a $17 shirt???), so I wouldn't worry about drycleaning a pair of shorts from them.

Those are totally cute shorts though

I agree with CarrieS on the cleaning instructions. However, because their stuff is so cheap, I advise handwashing.
