I am most excited about these Chanel pumps on their way from Bluefly!!!


 


I ran into the Jcrew that is close to me and went a little crazy (I was supposed to be getting something for my mom):


Skirts and a pair of pants on sale.  A nice cashmere sweater for mom:




 


And a tan with gold thread sweater (for holiday parties) and tights both on sale too at Jcrew.

Yes!  I think I got SUPER lucky.  I logged in early yesterday morning saw the shoe sale email decided what the heck I'll see if they're there or something similar I like and there they were in only ONE size...my size!  I clicked and bought them so fast then went back to the page to look at them again...and they were gone so it must be a sign they were for me ;)

girl, you are VERY lucky! the same thing happened to me with those shoes - there was only one size listed - my size - I grabbed them, and they were gone! so cool that the same thing happened for you! I took it as a sign as well - I knew I would regret it if I didn't snatch them up... that's the thing with bluefly too - you never know when someone will return something and it gets relisted - your persistence in keeping an eye out for them paid off AND you got the extra discount! yay! shopping victory! the thing with these shoes is that they are so classic - provided you take good care of them you can wear them for years.

well, i bought a case of wine to get me through these cold winters. 



it's becker reserve cab.  my bf and i went to the winery when we were in tx, and it's actually the red wine that they serve at the white house (that definitely WASN'T a selling point for me, but the wine is good).


my bf and i tried to buy a baby's r us gc online, but i guess you can't use it in the store, so yes, that's right, we were at baby's r us this morning, and while i love baby's i realized going in there how expensive it is to have a baby, and how much MORE respect i have for pregnant women, especially during the holidays.  you ladies rock! 


we also got a cubs onesie for my bf's brother's baby (his brother used to live in chicago too, his wife is not going to like the onesie, but she'll like the gc). 


and lastly, we stocked up at trader joe's.  don't go there on an empty stomach.  so bad! 


i have all my gifts, i just need to get the little girl i used to baby-sit (she's 10) a gift, and i'm clueless.  i'm freaking out because i always get her the perfect gift and this year since i don't baby-sit her anymore, i'm lost.  if anyone has ANY suggestions, pm me.  i'm getting desperate!!

i was browsing online while my bf was doing some work (booo work on weekends) and i bought these MJ shoes for 50% off.  they were the ones that i posted before that you ladies told me to get, but i wanted wait till after the holidays so i didn't feel as guilty.

I did some Christmas shopping and then got these Nine West shoes for myself--on sale for $30!  I wore them yesterday and my BF kept looking at them funny, then finally he comes right out and says they are really ugly--LOL.  But I like them.

i have some in that style but in solid green w/o the bow from URBN and my husband hates them! LOL!

i wanted to buy my sister a bottle of my favorite chocolate liquor, and so i went online to see the price, and i found out that they stopped making it! 


so, i went to the website of the place we buy it from and i found out that it's on sale for half the price.  so i bought a case of it, and my bf bought a case of it. 


this weekend i spend $400 on alcohol!  i sound like such an alcoholic!  at the end of the day, it's nice to have a stockpile of my favorite wine, and always have this liquor on hand (my friends always expect it when they stop by)....but i would definitely rather have a handbag to show for it.   


and i got this coffeepot since i broke our carafe of our old one..

Its so easy to spend a ton on alcohol... you don't sound like an alocholic   I agree its very nice to have a stockpile ready for any occasion.

I did not do too much shopping this weekend, but I did register for all the baby stuff i need, bedding, crib, dresser, stroller and such...wow I never realized how much stuff a baby needed...I am so excited...
For myself I bought a black necklace from Nordies...it has big black oval links...Perscriptives concealer and powder..
I think I might just give in and buy a pair of black boots i found on jildor shoes...
