Another day of no exercise.. got zero sleep. Still not enough fruits/veggies, but today's eating is entirely medicinal. Sorry if TMI, but I am obsessed.

********

breakfast, the usual OJ, black coffee, and kashi golean waffle.

snack - starbucks grande skim iced hazelnut latte. Bad idea. I was peeing from caffeine OD (between that and breakfast coffee) all day.

snack #2 - blueberry nonfat yogurt

snack #3 - blueberry cereal bar

even more snacking - plain nonfat yogurt (still for gross medical reasons)

bottle of cranberry juice (see above - argh!)

Amy's No-Chicken noodle soup

Will no doubt guzzle more unsweetened cranberry juice... sigh. No wine for me tonight. Must avoid sugars.

Girl. I know exactly what you're going through. It sucks!!! When I need to, I tend to get cranberry and vodkas to serve my, uh, "needs." Probably not the best idea but oh well. The worst is carbonated beverages! Ouch. I can't resist a diet coke in the morning so my mid morning bathroom break is always rather painful when I'm going through similar medical issues.

No sleep, eh? Does have something to do with the boy coming over to watch a movie??
