So, New Years Eve will be here soon and I have some questions.

What should I wear? There's this dress that I got awhile ago that I've only wore once and if I did wear it, would tights be okay? Black?



or should I make an outfit? I'd like to wear this tulle skirt



but with what color tights? Black on black seems so dull. And what about tops? I'm planning on wearing either one with this pair of heels:



I dunno. There's so many different ideas running through my head right now that I can't really find anything awesometastic creative to come up with. Thank you in advance!

maybe the skirt with a red or cranberry color top  that way you add some color to it if you went with the black tights

I loooove that dress and it looked great on you when you wore it in TS.  So that's my vote.

The dress!  It is so beautiful.  I think bare legs would look best but black tights would be fine, too.
