I have been looking for lamps for my living room. I found these on Jcpenny.com and I love them .They would be perfect for my living room,but they are $89 for two of them and I feel like that is just two much to spend on lamps, that with 3 cats they could potentially get knocked over and broken. Have any of you seen anything similar to these, Or should I just buy these.

i think $89 for two lamps is pretty good.


i got our bedroom lamps recently at Target and paid about that or a little more.

I have seen similar lamps at Target and Marshall's but the price you quoted for 2 seems about the same if not better than what I have seen.

That is an awesome price.  The Restoration Hardware version of that lamp is $300



I would definitely get them!

I say get them.  I recently bought lamps for my bedroom and, after looking around forever, just had to bite the bullet and pay more money that I thought I would.  Lamps are just expensive, especially if they come with a shade.


As for the cats, check the base to make sure is heavy.  If it is, then I wouldn't worry about them tipping over, since they otherwise don't look really tall.

I got two just like that at Linens N Things this past year for about $50 a piece, and I was able to use one of their 20% off coupons.

Just popped into Marshalls last night.  They're lamp base like this is $39.99 so I say this is a good deal!
