I bought this jacket last night at French Connection...there was a special even going on and the whole store was 52% off.


This jacket was $71. The quilting is in a star pattern.



Here's how it looks on me (excuse the supremely tired look of the rest of me)



I don't need need this jacket, but I really don't own ANYTHING that works in below 40 degree temps. It doesn't get that cold in Los Angeles, plus this coat is more tailored than my Grey Any scarf dress (which I also use as a coat). However, both coats are virtually the exact same color.



I want to make sure my thinking isn't blinded by the rather impulsive nature of this purchase. Do you like the French Connection coat enough so that I should keep it?

I like it, and it looks cute on you.  No big deal that it's the same color as your other thingie(that's never stopped me before ); it's different enough in texture and style, so I say keep it!

Same color, different vibe. *s* I say keep it - the price is good, and if it works for lower temps, then at least you're covered (haha, no pun intended) if you travel or for some reason the temp. dips. It looks great on you!

its ok, the Grey Ant dress is nicer though. Since you don't really need it and you seem to be doubting keeping it, I say return.
