Is that the one with Colin Firth? I thought the new one was very good but the Colin Firth version was definitely better IMO. I guess they had more time so it was more comprehensive. Anyway, the new one is pretty good too and I would suggest seeing it.

oh god- i WANT colin firth. i loved the bbc version. i liked the new one, but when you've read the book and seen the bbc version- its not as exciting. the other two are better, those this is def. good for an edited "hollywood" movie. the new mr. darcy is really cute at times too though- and i'm currently looking for a black pair of mr. darcy dressage/riding boots! he's wearing them in the field i think when he meets elizabeth.

I saw P&P when it came out and really enjoyed it! Better movie to watch w/my sis than my BF. makes you long for a time when men were still gentlemen and believed in honor.
