I am a bad person and was unable to mail your gift today.  My boss decided to take me to lunch at the last minute (I was planning to go to the post office to mail your present at lunch).  I couldn't tell my boss no and going after work in the ice storm was not an option, so I will be mailing your present tomorrow.  I hope you aren't too upset at me (even though you don't know who you are yet)!!

Oh that is quite understandable!


I've been checking the mailbox and doorstep everyday for the past few days for my SS gift.  Hehe!  Today I got a package but it was from my mom.
