hey ladies, glad my bullying yesterday got such a huge turnout!!  let's try to keep it up!!


b: cinnamon swirl (or something like that) oatmeal package


s: banana


l: leftover rice-a-roni (it made a TON, but this is the last of it), low-fat string cheese


s: FF yogurt


d: uh-oh... going to my dad's tonight so unhealthiness awaits!  won't be here tomorrow so i'll have to report monday, probably pizza or the like.


e: tried my hardest to get up at 6am to workout before work, but to no avail!  i am going tomorrow AM for sure though (day off of work so i'll have plenty of time).

Not done today yet...but what the heck!

B: "Light" french toast = 1 piece w/w bread, egg, tablespoon or so skim milk, with blackberries.

L: Pasta recipe from heatherlynn's post in food & dining, but with tuna

E: 45 mins elliptical, 15 mins treadmill, going back to the gym tonight for weights.
... haven't got the rest yet

PS. Omg rice a roni = good.

Alright. I'm in. Like totally 100% in. Anyone read about that professor guy who did the "eat whatever you want" diet and he lost 115 lbs or something like that? I decided to try it this weekend. Yeah. I gained 5 lbs. Excellent. I'm officially a pudgy ass right now. Everything feels tighter too. Ick. I hate yahoo news for posting that stupid story!!! Today is my very last day of eating whatever. (Mainly because of the work xmas luncheon thing.)


B: 2 slices w/w bread & 2 tbls whipped pb (4 points total)


L: xmas luncheon 1 white cheese enchilada (no sauce), chips (3 points), queso (5 points), 1 tbls guac, 1/4 cup rice (1.5 points), 1/4 cup refried beans, 1 empanada, 1 chocolate chip cookie, 1 mini cupcake, 1 chocolate cookie


D: left over veggie nachos


E: none. the boy is sick and i have to do more xmas shopping - how am i going to fit it all in?

Not such a good day for me!


B: Oatmeal w/ dried berries, coffee


S: brownie, 1 piece of chocolate, handful of edamame (grrr damn chocolate!)


L: 2 rolls (I was starving when I got there so I wolfed these down) chicken salad, a few curly fries from my friend's lunch, now I feel completely stuffed!


S: if I'm hungry! An apple


D: soup


S: air-popped popcorn


E: Crunch abs attack video - trying it out from Netflix

I've been sick, so not much eating lately.


B:  cereal


S:  english muffin with peanut butter


L:  grilled fish with black bean sauce and garlic with a side of sauteed spinach in lemon and garlic and some brown rice (at Chef Morimoto's new place in Tysons)


D:  It's our 4 year anniversary, so we will be eating at one of my favorite places in town.  I can't promise to be good. 


E:  1 hour session with trainer, resistance training, 30 minutes spinning, 10 minutes jump roping

Sort of an unhealthily low on calories today...and not enough vegetables and stuff, but I feel gross. Sometimes I cannot be bothered to eat.

breakfast - kashi golean blueberry waffle, 1 c. black coffee, 1 cup OJ, lots of water

snack: plain yogurt

snack: banana

more snacking: pretzels and plain yogurt (ok, so I am eating the yogurt for... err.... medical reasons. Yucko).

dinner - melted cheese sandwich.

Will no doubt have some wine - boy is coming over for a movie or vice versa. :)

B: nothing, you can start to see a pattern, Im not a breakfast eater, even though I know I should be


L: My leftover chinese


D: Cream of Wheat.... When its snowy and icy out, it always gets me in the mood for this, and it would otherwise be healthy right? If I didn't put a few spoons of sugar in it :(


E: None... I dont belong to a gym at home because I have a gym at school, and it is way too cold for me to get out there to run!! So no exercise for me for the next few weeks... Blah
