I'm so touched by what these nice people did for you, how you've conquered these difficult times and what a wonderful mother you seem to be. I truly believe that God is looking out for you and your son. Have a wonderful Christmas--you deserve it after all you've been through.
BTW, if you don't mind my asking, how old is your son?? I have several friends with little boys and I can be on the lookout for hand me downs if you want (I hope this doesn't offend you, they buy really nice clothes for their kids so they would be good hand me downs!!). Please let me know if you are interested--I would love to help you and your little boy if I can. Take care!
i'm teary too. your courage and grace in the face of your situation are such an inspiration. i'm so overjoyed that you two will have a merry christmas in spite of everything! and I'm also humbled by the fact that you found a way to donate to others.
Count me in with all the criers. What a wonderful story... I'm so glad that all of the wonderful, kind, generous things you've done came back around to you. It really reminds me what this time of year is all about. Merry Christmas!
