i'm gonna keep posting until someone joins me, so come on!!


ok, first of all yesterday i was a maniac!  i didn't eat my lunch because i was too full from the junk!  the only additional thing i ate though (from what i outlined) was a small sliver of my own home made pumpkin cheesecake which i brought in for my coworkers.


b: banana (so far this is all i've had)


s: 1/2 bagel w/ light cream cheese (this will so hard because i LOVE bagels & they are free today!)


l: tuna on wheat (from yesterday ) and a string cheese


s: FF yogurt


d: ugh, not sure... probably leftover rice-a-roni again


e: none again, i've got a final tonight & will either be studying, driving, or taking the final for the rest of the day after work!  i may have to miss tomorrow too, i'm debating if i should get up at 6 and do a quick workout before work (i doubt this is possible since i need to be at work at 7 & my gym doesn't have showers so i have to go home to do that)  i WILL workout friday for sure though!!

My day is starting out pretty badly... feeling bloated after my work party last night! I'm going to try and turn it around, though!

D: split pea soup, then snacks at my book club

Ill join in and keep you company crystal :)  Now I am home from college so, please bare this in mind, as my diet is completely different when I am at school and have no one to cook for me.


Yesterday


B: 2 pieces of toast


L : Steak Sandwich


D: Another Steak Sandwich :( (they were really good)


Today:


I have not eaten anything as me and my brother have planned to go out for Chinese so that is all I will eat.

So the gym opened up by my place two weeks ago. I've gone maybe seven or eight times...too bad not one of those has been since Saturday.


B: disgusting amount of office snacks (brownie, muffins, etc. etc. v. depressing)


L: Coffee Bean Nonfat Lemon Jasmine Tea Latte and Plain Bagel with Strawberry Preserves.


S: More Office Snacks (crackers, cheese, nuts, candy, cheescake...v. evil...this stuff should be outlawed during the holidays!)


D: Steak, jasmine rice (I'm Asian, help me out here ), and green beans.


E: I need to do SOMETHING...either 45 min weights circuit (targeting arms and thighs) or 45 min treadmill. I feel so damn guilty...especially since I actually managed to lose three pounts over the month around Thanksgiving!!!!! I was too tired to get up for the 6 AM Spinning class this morning and ended up sleeping in instead.


ETA: I lied...didn't get to Wahoo's in time to get a real lunch so I edited my lunch accordingly.

First time postin'!
Food today was better then other days, but still not so great....

B: Bagel

S: baby carrots

L: English muffin with cream cheese and blackberries mashed together

S: Two toffee digestive cookies, glass skim milk.

D: Will be having chicken, salad, tomatoes...potato maybe? Not sure I can resist it's starchy charms!!

Exercise: 30 mins elliptical, 15 mins treadmill, various stability ball exercises. Might go back to the gym for another 30 mins elliptical, and maybe some weights if bf goes to sleep early enough.

ETA: went back to gym for another 30 mins elliptical

yay, glad to see you all!!  oh & i should mention i ate half a brownie/cupcake thing... i used self-control though because i could have eaten the whole thing!!  (actually i had my coworker hide them yesterday & only give me a portion at a time)  i'll eat my yogurt pretty soon so everything else is right on track!  thanks for all the support!!

I've been baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad .  Back on the bandwagon I go!


B:  Grape nuts, yogurt, coffee


S:  3 sugar cookies


L:  Soda, orange, cheese stick


S:  I don't know, but I've gotta have something quick because I'm going to die


D:  Chicken/veggie stir fry w/ brown rice


It's been too cold for walks most days here .  We managed one last night but it's not gonna happen tonight - pilates instead, I promise!

okay i will join in because i have been a slacker for to long


today breakfast


rice chex cereal with 1% milk,  2 cups coffee with creamer


lunch


ham sandwich with mustard and two slices of healthy choice carb.smart bread, diet soda


snack  in after- noon- 4 choc. chip cookiesalong with some corn chips and dip


supper


tomatoe soup , diet soda


and no excerise, but this will have to change soon lol

I will join b/c somehow I have lost like 6 lbs lately and I want to see what I am doing. Mainly I am too busy and forget to eat - hey, it's working!

Today is not a very good example, though... usually I'd have a Kashi GoLean waffle for breakfast:

breakfast: 1 c. odwalla OJ, smallish spinach and feta croissant, 1 c black coffee, water.

snack 1: banana

snack 2: blueberry yogurt

Dinner: pizza with chopped tomatoes on it (maybe 2 slices - I ate at ledo pizza and it's hard to tell because they slice it in tiny squares and I had 5, but they're like 2 inches by 2 inches!) and a salad with sundried tomato vinaigrette. Also 1 gl. red wine and water.

I'll be having another glass of wine and 2 squares of chocolate while I watch TV. I generally have 2 glasses of red wine/day.

Guzzled water all day - very good about drinking water.

Not a huge amount of exercise today - stayed home from work b/c of a Dr's appt and am slightly under the weather. But I did walk 10-15 mins each way to the Dr. (no point trying to drive and park - it's like 10 blocks away). Forgot to do crunches - normally do 60/day. Argh.

I'll join in, but I don't want to share my diet (oh well maybe this will motivate me to eat better).


B: Cinnacluster from Chicfila (I was running late to work)


L:  My friends bday and she picked Mexican .  I had a cheese enchilada and rice.


D:  Waffles


Exercise: 35 minutes elliptical and 30 min weights (legs).
