Yay, I got my Secret Santa gift today! Wrapped in very festive red and green paper was my gift was from shpgqueenet:

It's a beautiful scarf that's got all kinds of lovely colors in it: oranges, browns, pinks, and more! I needed something like this to go with my orange coat.

As you can see, it matches perfectly! Thanks to my Secret Santa... it's one of the best gifts I got this year!

Yay!!! I'm so glad you finally got it. I was starting to get worried. Your orange coat look exactly as I hoped it would. I hope you get lots of use out of your scarf. Did you get a new digital camera for Christmas??? I noticed you've posted pics. You look fabulous!

Oh yea, here's my disclaimer: I was running a fever when I mailed off your gift. I wrapped it and signed the card. Then I realized that (I think) I left the sticker seal for your card wrapped inside the box So, no the sticker was not part of the gift if it was in fact in the box.

I did actually notice the sticker at the bottom of the box... too funny.

As for the pics, I've had a digital camera for a while but have been too busy with school to post any. Now that I'm on a bit of a break, though, I've been going crazy with 'em.

I have the best Secret Santa ever... RAR210!

I just got back from vacation and came home to my box which smelled sooo good... when I opened it, there was the most adorable poem that she wrote and inside: a VS PINK Dog wearing an adorable bracelet as a collar around its neck, a gorgeous pink beaded necklace from AE, some delicious pink mints from AE, and the cutest pair of pink argyle socks!

I absolutely love my gifts and it put such a huge smile on my face. I will post pics later when I get home.

I'm so glad you got your gift Mara. Sorry it was so late. I was in and out of town and mailed it out as soon as I could get to the post office. They said you'd have it within 2-3 days, obviously they were wrong! I'm really glad you like it!

Rosey I am so sorry but Ican't find the cord to take pics off my camera...so I decided to post without pics and say thank you so much for my beautiful gift.

I got a homemafe CD of counting crows song (they are my FAV!) in a pink case of course. and a beautiful pink box filled with gorgeous stones and pearls so I can make myself something gorgeous! (When I do hopefully I can post a pic by then!)

Jen, I'm so glad you liked everything! I remember you saying August and Everything After was one of your favorite albums and it's one of my mine too- I love listening to some of their live performances and hearing how they change things.

I know you don't often get to make something for yourself, but I hope you get inspired to make some treats for yourself with the beads, etc. You were so fun to pick out things for!

My secret santa was the awesome Hotcocoa. She put so much thought into my gift, I am truly honored to have her as my ss.

I opened my package to find 6 beautiful boxes

and a adorable card

I had to open the boxes in order, each explaining how she picked the present and the last revealing her identity. The theme was peppermint and chocolate and my gifts were...

Peppermint saltwater taffy

a handblown glass ornament

handmade peppermint soap from Stitch of the week (that gave it away who it was!)

chocolate almonds

chocolate lipgloss from Hard Candy

and if course....Hot Cocoa! Actually some fantastic Mexican hot chocolate which is delicious.

I can not express how wonderful this gift was. Hotcocoa,you are truly an awesome friend and I feel honored to know you. Happy holidays!

FYI to HeatherLynn and others....looks like you may have found the calander. I just found it at a calander shop at the mall.
