How does jcrew run?

I want this jacket for the slopes and other fun outdoor MI activities. Should I get the x-small or small? I'm usually an xs top and size 2 bottom.

They run big in my experience.

The tops run pretty average to me, but the bottoms are another story.  Other stores I wear size 0, but their size 0 seems more like size 2.  All for vanity I suppose, so the real size 0 girls can't shop those clothes.
