Thought I would get this week's thread started early...
Last night I got a Cole Haan wallet at TJ Maxx that I had been stalking. The color is weird in the pic, it's muted orange sherbert IRL.
Bronze wedges, to replace the brown ones I bought and then returned.
My friend and I went to a purse party at a local salon. I got a fake Gucci, she got a fake Fendi and Coach. I want a real Gucci, but I need something to hold me over until I can afford it! No pic yet.

I came, I saw, I did a little shopping.
I'm going to try not to shop too much this weekend since the next few weeks are going to be pretty $$$. I have some stuff to return at the Gap, even though I REALLY don't want to have to set foot in a mall this weekend, and I'm selling some stuff on eBay in an effort to lessen the financial blow from the holidays.
miss t, how much was that French press? I've asked for one for Christmas, and I want to educate my family on where to get them and how much to expect to spend.
ico - those are great boots - perfect for european traveling - you could wear them with jeans or skirts/tights - perfect sole for cobblestone/paved streets... I might have to order those myself - I have a pair of black suede missoni boots with a similar sole that have served me well, but they lack the skirt wearing factor...
I got:
from bluefly
from newport news (they had 20% off and I got an extra 10% with my membership card) stuff to stretch the wardrobe plus some stuff in anticipation of spring (lace jacket):
for spring:

detroit, thanks: this is exactly what I thought: I can wear them with skirts and pants, and the sole is roughed enough to allow me to walk on the snow here in Buffalo. I was even thinking they'd look good with a long, black skirt...
I love all of your stuff, but the coat is awesome!
Lisa, glat you liked them!
More shopping: my Secret Santa has her stuff ready! Only thing, I did: "one for her, one for me..."
Then, from Lancome (why did I get into Kaufman?)
in this color
which is much more neutral IRL
in black, plus the gift with purchase which is going to my mom
that's it. I am not spending any more money - she said knowing, that she wasn't telling the truth.
I'm so excited, I found this Rebecca Taylor top. I had seen it on shopbop a few weeks ago but didn't order it right away and it sold out in a day and I was so mad at myself for not getting it. Now they have it on active endeavors and I used the 20% off code.

This one was $30 but, I've seen smaller ones at target and bed, bath, and beyond for less. Tell them to try those stores or any finer store that sells kitchen wares even some department stores sell them. ALso if you don't have a tea kettle, ask for that, too, and a good coffee grinder to get great french pressed coffee. My mom asked for a tea kettle, too.
