it'd be pretty easy for a good shoe repair to remove the ankle straps, if you love the shoes.  it should prob. cost less than $20, i would think.

Michael Michael Kors makes those exact shoes without the ankle strap.  (they're basically the Louboutins but in black)

i have a pair of the MK shoes...  they come in all black?  i had no idea !  mine are brown and gold.  have you seen these shoes online ginembre?  i went thru hell and back trying to find those !

what about these? not sure if you like the buckle, but they come in black (the buckle is black, not bronze, on the black pair).
