Well, I suppose it's a good kind of dilemma; but I found 2 gifts for my SS.  Both are under $20 (well, one is slightly over).  I went ahead and bought them both.  Now, my dilemma:  do I send them both to her and let her choose which to keep, or should I just pick out one to send and keep/return the other?

I just couldn't make up my mind!  They were both such fantastic deals, extremely cute, and look to be totally her taste!!!!!  AAAAKKKK!

heck no! if you sent me two presents I'd be all kinds of bummed that I had to send one back! Maybe someone here will offer to have you PM to help you decide? I'm holding out hope that they are for me because you sound so excited! But if it's not me I'll give you my opinion if you want it...

honestly, i think you need to choose one. i wouldn't like getting two presents to open and then having to send one back... you know? plus, the hassle of packing it back up and taking it to the post office etc. wouldn't make me so happy. it's a nice thought though.

i'd send both and if its in your budget why not let her keep both? you bought both of them with her in mind right? or is it too much money? im just one of those that get carried away and usually always go over my amount cuase i just love shopping for others and dont mind spending the extra money if i know they'll love it.

for example, my cousins and all the girls in my family always have a secret x-mas exchange, we meet before x-mas somewhere to eat and then after the food we exchange gifts. well my SIL is very tight w/money (not that im rich, hell no, i stay home so we have to  watch our money) and she said she wouldn't be joining us this year. i was upset and bummed so i just told her to show up and that i would buy my cousin her present for her. ( my cousin wont know its from me, she'll think its from my SIL). i ended up spending a little over $30 just cause i know she'll love what i picked out, but i still have to buy my other cousin her present from me!

edited to say: either send one only or let her keep both, to much of a hassle for her to send one back. Im sure she'll be happy with just one too girl

I agree with all of this!

I would just send one. I'm not even doing Secret Santa, but I'd feel guilty about getting two presents and would be annoyed if I had to send one back. I'm sure she'll like either one.
