Oh so pretty!  It would look awful on me though.  I'm apple shaped so a tie at the waist is bad news for me.  Too bad because I also love the DVF wrap dresses.

It's ABS from the Saks sight. It's on sale for $156, it's for a pre-order. The normal price I beliebe is over $300. So it's a serious good deal.
