Black Skinny Jeans- worth it?

Ok, so I made the mistake of trying on a pair of the exclusive to Barney's, black, skinny jeans by Habitual. Of course they were totally amazing- the fit, style, everything- and now I can't stop thinking about them. And of course they were $$$- $200. (Sorry, tried to find a pic, but could not)


Now here's my question, is it worth it to spend that much on a pair of (what I consider) trendy jeans? Will this style look dumb a year from now? Also, have any of you fashionistas found a pair of cool, black,skinny jeans that don't cost so much?


I would really appreciate any suggestions you guys have- I can't stop thinking about these jeans!

I think the tucked into boots style will be around for a while, and you can always do that with skinny jeans and look great! If you love them and you have the money, I say get them.

Yes! There is SO much you can do with them- tuck into boots, with pumps, cute bunched at the bottom with flats.

I think it's worth it!

sorry i'm goign to be a bad influence too. i say get them. it's hard to find skinny jeans that look good. i think it's the hardest type to find a flattering fit in. also when does a skinny black pant/jean not look chic?

Well I'm different than the others.  I say shop around for a better bargain because you can find a similar pair for probably half the cost. if i find some I'll post. Just wait and save your money sweetie.
