All great gifts guys - really, and now I know just how hard it is to shop for my fiance!! He just buys it when he wants it!

I'm going to try Express for Men 'cause he likes their shirts, maybe a tie, and he loves Chappelle! What jacket did you get him janey, if you don't mind me asking?
so far I got him a plaque with our family crest on it (he's been wanting one for over the fireplace)
I know he also wants a gray plaid scarf, and I plan to get him a certificate for a hot shave and haircut at the men's grooming lounge. And then fun kid-type stuff for his stocking.
Congrats blubirde! All great gifts guys - really, and now I know just how hard it is to shop for my fiance!! I got him this jacket from zumiez....but I might return it for something else if i see something that i like better
my b/f gave me a list but I am not sticking to it. Instead he has been saying that he needs a hobby and he wants to take up making wood furniture (he is really handy). So i was thinking about getting him a beginners book and pick a project out of there. I was going to buy him all the materials he needs and then for the wood part I am going to Home Depot to find out the price and give him a GC, so he can go buy it when he is ready to build it.
We are going very low key this x-mas with the new place and all we don't have much $ to spare. I found a bunch of nice watches on overstock.com for like $20 and hubby really needs a new one. This is the one I am getting him (ps, he LOVES blue):
I got him lord of the rings on dvd thanks to the target $5 sale
these sunglasses (found them on sale too )
These sleep pants since I don't run the a/c or heater in my apt due to electricity costs and my bad spending habits:
and maybe this polo:
For stocking stuffers I have no idea. Maybe some old cds from half.com or amazon.com since he was telling me about losing them all in his wreck a few years ago.
I wish I could get clothes for my husband, and he would be happy- but he is just like a little kid- if I do get him some he looks at me with this disappointed look on his face and says "thanks, hon".Anyways, he is 6'5 and around 270- so he needs to try on everything anyways or there too short, too small or too something. He says he wants a speargun for freediving or a campstove for when he goes hunting- havent got either yet- whichever I come across first, I guess.
I really don't know - i have a ton of stocking stuffers but don't know about big gifts. He wanted a watch but it is a very specific miliary watch so i let him pick it out & I got it from ebay....well, when it came he opened it & WORE IT! So now I don't count that, to me it's just a watch he bought. but that was going to be his big thing. He insists it still counts but I hate that. So i'm definately getting him the King Kong game for PS2, i got him some old war movies, and a cool set of armour oil (sp?) products in a case to wash his precious car - not sure how much of a "gift" that is though. He did make an amazon wishlist, but i hate to get him all games & movies even if it is what he wants. Isn't that stupid?
and yeah, blubirde, I was a little surprised about the key thing myself. HOW COOL!

I think the key idea is really cool also Blubirdie. I wish I was creative like that. My boy just uses the spare so I don't think that would work for me. I think the stocking stuffers are the worst part of shopping.

To be honest, it's a nice gesture and all, but it's also a bit on the selfish side. I'm terrified I'll lock my keys in my car and I have no spare! Kill two birds with one stone, no? Plus, now he'll have no excuse not to come over and surprise me with dinner waiting for me when I get home! (As if! But hope springs eternal...)
