How do I print out address labels?
Permalink Closed

I want to print out address labels (mailing and return) for our Christmas cards.  How do I do that?   For the life of me I can't figure it out...

Actually, I have some in Outlook Express, but most are in my paper address book.  I want to have them all in my computer anyway.  What's best?

i'm not that familiar with outlook, we use act! here.  i find the easiest program for labels is microsoft access - do you have it?  i can give you simple instructions if you do.  i can do it from excel too, but access is so much easier - excel i always seem to mess something up (or maybe i'm just dumb).

You can do it in Word too, if you have that.

I'm not sure.  We have Windows XP and Microsoft Office.  Is it in there?  I'm decent with Excel as a last resort.

Directions for Word:

Tools, Letters and Mailings, Evelopes and Labels

Click the Options Tab, find the number that corresponds with the size labels you have, click OK

Make sure Full Page of Same Label is checked

Click New Document

From there you should be able to click into each label and type addresses in each.  HTH!
