anyone got confirmation (or cancellation) yet? i want to call and see if my bags are coming, but when i called initially and asked them since my card was charged...does that mean, i'm definitely getting it? she was not very helpful and said it was not charged, just making sure it would go through, and that they were in the process of sorting through orders.
well, i know a lot of orders have already been cancelled, sorry Joceybaby! i bought two, one is the black cresent still on the site, and the other was the moss stirrup, not on the site (and i know someone had their moss bag canceled)...i was planning on getting myself one, and then give my sister the one that i didn't like (probably the moss one)...
i want to call them and see if i am getting it because it is a christmas present, but i feel like i'm going to get the run around again....
so, has anyone gotten confirmation/cancellation? is anyone going to call? if you did get confirmation/cancellation, what did you order and when?

well the black cresent is still there so i'm thinking i'm going to get it. the moss stirrup i'm not too sure. i want to know if i should start christmas shopping for my sister but to be honest, i've kinda heard horror stories from botkier c.s. it's a shame because i think they just weren't prepared for the response, and they're probably answering the same questions and getting yelled at from a lot of people...so i was hoping to just see if anyone called so they don't have to deal with ANOTHER phone call asking the same quesiton....if that makes sense.

i'm trying to stay just a tad perturbed and not go to full blown annoyed. i ended up ordering the clyde bag too, so as of monday i had 2 orders pending and not heard back from them. i sent an email on monday, and the lady, katherine responded, that my order had been cancelled, but the email didn't have the specific order number. i sent another email asking which order specifically and if they could substitute another color. i'm assuming it was the clyde that was cancelled, since that was the order i emailed about, however i'm not sure know. i also left two voicemail messages this morning with different people. i haven't heard back yet. i'm frustrated b/c i just want to sort this whole thing out asap.

Well I ordered the Clyde in black, and as of yet I have not heard from them about a cancellation. I have had no reason to contact them though (crossing fingers).
i actually called yesterday to cancel, but the cs lady was out, so they had a "talking to a brick wall" intern (i'm not saying that cuz she was an intern, she was just awful), and left a message. i was sending ANOTHER e-mail today telling them basically it's not cool to leave customers in limbo with gifts this time of the year and that i purchased a replacement gift because i had no clue if i was going to get the item....and then i get a phone call from the intern. i told her i wanted to talk to the cs. lady, i was put on the phone with her, she said the order was shipped, and i told her i don't want it cuz i hadn't heard anything back, bought a new gift, and she said to refuse the package, or to just send it back and i would get a full refund. the cs lady was nice, but i'm was a bit annoyed at that point (i wasn't mean though, i bit my tongue).
so i'm not getting the bags and i honestly could care less at this point. i know they're a small company, but you would think that maybe they could have hired more help, or had a better system.
i ordered my bag on friday am, and it was shipped 12/5. hth.
