Also get a helmet.

Just a note: I really like Roxy's pants and jackets. They're good quality, but still cute.

I have pants like these, but light blue. them. So comfy, and they make your butt look cute. (Not an easy task for snowboarding pants.)

Roxy And She Was Pants - Women's - PALE PINK

These are also cute:

Betty Rides Low Rider Insulated Pant - Womens

This has a zip-out extra liner. Comes in black, too.

Columbia Sportswear Misty Flip 3-in-1 Jacket - Women's - SAIL

Supposedly, you can go cheap on the helmet. This one's only $69.

Goggles (the only thing I know is that if you have a small head, some men's might not fit you - I had a bad experience with that once.)

Anon Majestic Goggles - Women's - PINK LEATHER

I like a hat like this under my helmet. ACK scary manequin head though!!

Jacquard Knitting Beanie(02) / Sky Pink

I  have mittens. I like them. I put regular/thin gloves underneath.

Outdoor Research PL 300 Mitt : Fleece Mitten

Oh, and don't forget SOCKS! I think all ski socks are made alike.

Another thing to think about: what you are going to wear underneath everything. Lots of people just wear pajamas underneath ski pants, but I find they get too bulky so I would get a pair of warm long underwear (sounds dorky, but seriously, you will be waaaay warmer). Also, I would wear a long underwear shirt too with maybe a ski fleece (depending on how warm the jacket is and how warm it is were you are. Finally, like Lisa said, warm ski socks, because if anything prevents you from skiing ALL DAY LONG, it'll be cold feet (haha, pun not intended)

I've never been skiing so I can't really advise, but I wanted to add that my Big Lots has a TON of long underwear for like $5 a piece & it's cute (leopard, snow flakes, etc). Just FYI cause I really truly hate that place, but went for some cheap items for a recent trip & found these cute thermal underwear. HTH!
