Sorry I am late in replying to this - we are trying to go w/out internet at home to cut costs, and so far, it sucks!


Favorite Stores:  Anthro, Urban, Nordstrom, Banana Republic, Sephora, Starbucks


What I don't like:  Can't really think of any major dislikes except that I don't like anything that smells like vanilla.  In general, I like fruitier scents.  Oh and no sweets or chocolates please, only b/c I'm getting plenty already this season.


What I like/need/want:  Jewelry (I like Banana Republic type stuff, big cocktail rings, fun necklaces), books, fun Christmas ornaments (this is my first year with a tree!), business card holder, stationary, CDs (as an indicator of my taste, my favorite cds right now are the OC mixes), cooking stuff (cookbooks, utensils, etc).


I love presents of all kinds, so a surprise is also welcome


A little about me:  I am 24, work in marketing for a pro sports team, love to shop, read, try new restaurants with friends, watch tv.  I'm a size S or sometimes M at most stores.

I know I'm not on here very often, so I hope this makes it easier for my SS, but really, I don't NEED anything and would love and appreciate any gift!


Favorite stores - bloomies, nordstroms, william-sonoma (i love to cook and love any gadgety kitchen things)


What I don't want - the only thing I can think of is Christmas ornaments and such, because I don't celebrate Christmas (I'm Jewish)


I'm 29 and a lawyer at a large apparel company in Los Angeles.  I work in a very creative environment but my style is still pretty classic (classic with a twist, I like to think).  I work long hours, so when I'm home, I love putting on pjs and just relaxing with my hubbie.  I'm a medium in almost everything except Forever 21-type stores.


I love home decor and home furnishings, really anything home related - two years ago my husband and I bought a 1930's house that was in really bad shape and completely restored and remodeled it, and I've been in house-decorating mode ever since.  I am always on the lookout for creative home pieces - my style is pretty traditional but I love color (for example, we just bought chocolate brown couches and now I'm on the lookout for seafoam green or sage blue pillows to go with it).

So glad you did this, Karina!  Tis so very helpful. I had some ideas for my person, but would be great to have more options.


Anyway, here are my answers:


Favorite Stores:  Banana Republic, Anthro, Nordies, Neimans, Urban, Great Indoors, Crate & Barrel, Bath & Body Works


What I don't like:  strongly scented anything (candles, bath products,lotion)


What I like/need/want:  pictures frames, beauty products (am a sucker for pretty packaging) so anything from Sephora will do, bath products, candles (am a fiend for vanilla and blueberry), kitchen stuff (really, who ever has too much stuff for their kitchen) -- bright colors or just plain ol' black and white, vintage costume jewelry, scarves.  I'm really not very particular, but just listed a broad range of items to hopefully make it easier.


And like a lot of other STers who answered this post, I love surprises.   


A little about me:  I am 29, a legal assistant, love to read suspense novels and am an avid movie-watcher.  I'm a size S, some times M.  Colors I like: blue, green, purple, pink

Favorite Stores:  Banana Republic, Anthropolgie, Nordstrom, Marshall Fields, Urban Outfitters, Crate & Barrel, CB2

What I don't need:  lotion and bath products, picture frames, candles, no notecards or stationery, and no Christmas stuff

What I like/need/want:  kitchen/entertaining stuff. I really like stuff from Crate and Barrel, CB2 and Pier 1. Think cute coasters (no cork or plastic), funky bowls (serving bowls or smaller ones for soup, ice cream, etc.), oooh! I need more mugs (fun and funky and retro), anything for fancy drinks like martinis ... I want to learn how to make sushi, too! I also could use some really warm PJ pants. I wear a 2 or a 4 or small in those.

And like a lot of other STers who answered this post, I love surprises.   

A little about me:  I am 29, currently unemployed and looking for a new full-time job (might be moving soon to Chicago), have a 10-pound terrier, live alone, am petite (only 5'2" and a size small), I love music, coffee and reading about celebs and watching movies, and I am going to love whatever I get!!!

Fave stores: I like them all!

What I don't want: I love everything!

What I need: since I buy myself stuff when I want it (within reason), I don't really need anything.

I realize this wasn't helpful to whoever has me, but I'm not picky at all and I know I'll love whatever it is because I truly love everything and find a use for everything. Like Lilykind, I like funky and creative things as well.

I'm a 23 year old admin. assistant and I'm a size (gulp) 10/12 (large).

What I would love/like/need:  jewlery, accessories, time, hmmm... really I have a feeling whatever I get from you girls will be cute.

what do you need? body wash, i just ran out this morning and had to use my face wash for my whole body!

Hope i m not late!!


 


My fave stores: Urban, Anthro, H&M, Active Endeavors, Vintages/thrift, small boutiques.. any odd stores.


 


What I dont want: candles, frames, holiday decoration, earrings ( I dont have pierced ears), anything with buttons on it, lotions, bath sets,..... nothing related with music or radio ( I am deaf and I use sign language)


 


What I d love: anything in clothes I m M in tops but L in juniors size..  bottoms would be L or sz 12. simple structured necklaces, cute purses, or anything thats odd and not very common. Really.. I would love anything what I d get. ( I enjoy pink!!) cozy clothes, jammies. cute undies...


 


About me: I m 25 yrs old, in my last year of college, majoring in Political Science. I m very athletic and enjoy the life in its simplest way. i don't party too often. I m more of homebody.

i have purposely not posted because i would love to get something that "spoke" to you, rather than something that you think i want.  i know i am going to love anything you get me.  i have no known food allergies, pink is not my favorite color, although i do have many pink items in my closet and three pairs of pink suede shoes (not just pink shoes, but pink suede).


enjoy shopping for me, don't stress out too much, i'll love anything. 


ETA:  oh, and i posted this late because i wasn't going to, but i figured that you might be waiting to see what i wanted....

Sorry...I have been swamped with finals and classes and haven't had a chance to post...Hope this helps someone out there..lol.


Fav stores: Lane Bryant, Sephora, Gap, AE...


What I don't want: Holiday themed items, gloves, scarves, etc...(in south Texas these are not really helpful...lol), other than that, I'm pretty laid back and easy to please...


What I'd love: accessories...I am terrible at picking these things out


About me: I own/operate a drive thru convenience store and spend much of my time there. I am also a full time student in my senior year (finally). sorry I'm late!

I shop pretty much anywhere but my favorite stores are Urban Outfitters, Anthro, Nordies, J.Crew, Sephora, and boutiques. I also like Aveda products.

What I don't want: anything that's strongly scented or that's got chemical SPFs ( I have sensitive skin) lotions, candles, shower gels, picture frams, Christmas decor stuff, scarves, hats, or gloves since it doesn't get too cold here in SoCal. Sorry to be picky! I don't mean to make it hard, honest!


A little bit more about me:
My favorite color is green, I'm a size 4, S in tops.
I'm 25 and I teach at a private learning center. I enjoy reading, yoga, dance, movies, and of course, shopping.

I love surprises and presents so anything I get would be great!

Okay, I've been focused on finals lately and haven't been around much.  It may be too late to chime in, but here goes....


My Secret Santa is rather lucky because I have found myself in quite a needy phase.  I could really use just about anything.


I love beauty/bath products...I love Sephora...fave beauty brands are philosophy and Trish McEvoy. 


I could use a good read for Christmas break if you know of any great books...and I haven't read much since I started school again a couple years ago...so chances are I haven't read it.  Or perhaps a great cookbook, I have recently began working on my cooking skills and don't have many of the good gadgets.


I love music and movies of all kinds.


I love soft t-shirts, or sweaters - usually a small...or medium if store is known to run small.


My favorite stores are Banana Republic, Zara, Nordstroms, Dillards, and Saks. 


More about me: I am a 27 year old law student.  I love mostly neutral-colored clothing, but have broken out of my shell lately and like bright greens, blues, and pinks.  I love to shop, watch movies, and I have recently taken up cooking.


Wow, I threw out quite a few suggestions there didn't I.  I trust that anyone on here could pick out a pretty amazing gift even without suggestions, I am very excited to see whatever it is!
