So I got the bag today and I really like the shape and size and think it could work for work and weekend stuff however...now bear with me because I know I'm neurotic....I think the clinking of the plastic rings might really annoy me. Maybe it's just because I was already on the fence about that feature, maybe they wouldn't bother me once I started using the bag constantly but I don't know, I don't know why I am being so particular about buying a stupid brown bag but I am and I'd like to know what lynnie, theotherjess and anyone else thinks about these noisy plastic rings!

Hmm, I haven't really noticed any noise but it is a tiny bit annoying to have to adjust the chains so they sit right.  All in all, I think it's a small price to pay for a beautiful and good quality bag.

weird- never even paid attention to that.  i agree about adjusting the straps somewhat- like toj said.  but i've ordered the brown and it should be here soon and i'm so excited.  so thats how i feel about that bag- i bought both!

Well, I kind of wish the rings would be some other material than plastic, but I really don't think the clinking will bother me. I just received my bag a couple of days ago and I won't be using it until after Christmas (it's a gift from my hubby) so I'll have to wait and see. But I am really pleased with it!
