This gotti boy guido jacked up cokehead steroid motherfucker comes in front of my car, hits my car with his hand and was like, "WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING, YOU STUPID BITCH, DON'T YOU SEE WE'RE FUCKING PAINTING HERE" all up in my face, in my car window so.. anyone that knows me, knows I went the fuck off. i said "WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU TALKING TO, YOU PIECE OF SHIT, I DON'T GIVE A FUCK IF YOU'RE PAINTING, OTHER CARS ARE DRIVING ON THIS LANE TOO YOU FUCKING BITCH.. WHO THE FUCK DO YOU THINK YOU ARE SPEAKING TO A WOMAN LIKE THAT" ... he said "IM TALKING TO YOU MOTHERFUCKER" I thought he was going to hit me. I almost got out my car to fuckin fight him. Anyway, I took the name of his fucking paving company, called and left a message that I wanted to speak to a manager IMMEDIATELY. No call as of yet. What would you do?

Today you should just march right up to guido and give him a taste of Karina and ask to personally talk to the on-site boss and tell them what guido said. Not only the language but the fact that he called you a "stupid bitch" should just be grounds for firing right there! Maybe also look up the company name in the phone book and personally visit them. You may never get a call back from them!
Yeah, I wouldn't count on a call back. With an employee like that, it's very possible that the company just doesn't care how they treat people. What an awful guy - how dare he speak to you like that.

Keep trying to call, because this definitely needs to be dealt with. I would also maybe try to get in touch with whomever owns the parking lot (your company or otherwise) and file a complaint directly with them so they know what kind of trash they've hired.

I would contact the head of HR for your company, someone in your company obviously hired them to pave your parking lot. I guarantee you'll get a quicker response if the person who hired them calls them if you call. Their lack of response could cost them another job if your company ever needs theri services again. I would check with you HR first because you were harrased on office property and then contact your facilities department, whoever the head is there likely is who hired them.
